- Our Dynamic Director, Sri Chilukuri Malleswara Rao is very modest and down to earth personality. He dedicates his whole day in counseling and guiding lecturers and students to achieve the desired results. He started his successful career as a lecturer in Physics in V.V.M Degree college and later took voluntary retirement to concentrate entirely on the development of college
- He is the mastermind behind the many academic achievements and shaping the career of UMRJC students settled in India and Abroad.

Smt Chilukuri Jayalakshmi is a woman of great dedication, determination and meticulous in every aspect of college management. She is strong willed and a very good counsellor. She was an exemplary teacher in biology during her initial career as a high school teacher in one of the reputed schools, Ongole Public School. During that period she influenced many students to persue medical career and continues to inspire students from nearly 4 decades
She is well known for her discipline and taking utmost care of hostel students.
